Dia De Los Muertos...aka...Day of the Dead




Students will learn: Day of the Dead traditions and customs; especially regarding the artwork made for the holiday.

Students will create: One piece of artwork inspired by Day of the Dead, involving common motifs of skulls, skeletons, and flowers with bright colors.

Computer Students: Visit the 5th Assignment in Packet 2 to learn how to use the Magnetic Lasso Tool. Also, look at the assignment titled: Clone Stamp Tool. Both of these tools will help you create a Day of the Dead, Dia De Los Muertos original.
